Q: There is no sound, what do I do?
Answer: Please change the battery. Our pickups are battery operated and we send a extra with every pickup.
Q: What is the little nail for?
Answer: The little nail is a tool we provide so you can remove the battery easily (pic below).
Q: What if the suction cup doesn’t hold? What are my options?
Answer 1: Use one of our Ultra Light Instrument cords. They have been specifically designed lightweight for this exact purpose. A heavy instrument cord will pull on the pickup and can cause it to loose its grip. We have XLR and 1/4” plug ends available to fill your needs.
Answer 2: Remove the suction cup and use Command Strips from 3M. They interlock like Lego. One part goes on the pickup and one goes on your instrument. The adhesive will not damage your instrument no matter how long you leave it on.

Q. How long the does the battery last?
Answer. A single battery will last hundreds of playing hours.
Q: Why does the battery keeps dying on me?
Answer: When not using, please unplug the cord from the preamp. There is an internal switch that activates the preamp when the cord is plugged in.

Q: Where is the manual and instructions? My pickup did not come with the instructions.
A: With every pickup we send, there is a QR sticker you can scan to get our full instructions and videos for each pickup model.
