All of our MYERSCO LLC products (cords and pickups) are backed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee! Within 30 days of PURCHASE DATE you may request a refund or an exchange for a different model. Price differences between various models will be adjusted from your original purchase amount.

PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required on all returns. Please request one before returning any product.

During the return process, we may ask for more information, in order to assist you in troubleshooting issues you may have encountered so that you are able to more fully enjoy and utilize your pickup. You WILL NOT, under any circumstances, be pressured about your decision if you choose to return your pickup!

Our MYERSCO LLC warranty is for two years from the date of purchase. During this time, if you encounter any problems with the performance of our products (other than issues caused by negligence or abuse), at our discretion, we will either replace or repair your cord or pickup so that it is back in “like new” performance condition.

You may also return your pickup or cord for repair after the warranty time period has expired. We will assess the issue and inform you of the charge for repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for postage to ship the product to us for warranty or repair.

Please utilize our “CONTACT US” form to give us a contact number so we can make arrangements with you for repair or return and so we can supply you with the RA#.
